About Miss Talent Vietnam
Tan "Grace" Le is a successful businesswoman, talented artist, and passionate teacher who excels in everything she does. Crowned Miss Talent Vietnam in October 2024 after dazzling judges with a graceful, high-energy belly-dance performance, she embodies both beauty and exceptional artistry. In 2025, she added an international title—winning Miss Mighty Entrepreneur International 2025 in Korea—an honor that recognizes not only business savvy but also creativity, talent, leadership, and outstanding public speaking.
In 2019, she founded Viet Lotus Academy to share her expertise in dance, spa, and business with clients worldwide, helping others improve themselves while pursuing their dreams. She has also owned a spa and held senior management roles in global business. Currently, she is the General Director for Vietnam at One World Training. A world-class dancer, she has won awards at international belly-dance competitions, led dynamic performance teams, and coached aspiring beauty queens in posture, catwalk, and stage presence.
